Evidence, assumptions
and reproducible work.
This submission proposes a controlled diversion corridor after the existing offshore alert. The working model tests animal accounting and control in fictional geometry. Actuator response is assumed. No field performance or animal safety has been established.
What has been completed
The executable model compares no diversion, fixed bubbles, controlled sections, an angled porous guide and distributed water flow. It runs eleven scenarios with three seeds. The exports record intake, outside-exit, retained and other-boundary outcomes. Returns are recorded separately. The model conserves every tracked animal.
What the result means
In the 900-second reversal example at seed 42, fixed bubbles show zero intake entries but retain 722 of 900 arrivals. Controlled switching retains 390, while 78 enter the intake. This illustrates a trade-off. It does not establish that the real hardware can create the assumed velocity field. Outside-exit animals can return, and departures from the tracking domain have unknown later outcomes.
Numerical checks
Fixed-seed reproduction, animal conservation, zero-response equivalence, blocked-exit behaviour and switching delay were checked. Halving the time step changed any outcome category by at most two animals out of 900 across the checked cases. This is numerical consistency, not physical validation.

Next experiments
Compare the candidates in a controlled water channel with soft surrogates and measured buoyancy. Measure trajectory, intake crossing, clearance, retention, contact, water flow and electrical power. Follow with supervised target-species tests for immediate and delayed injury. A site pilot requires current, wave, capture-flow and environmental assessment.
Maintenance and risks
No supplier quote, maintenance saving, cost return or full-scale capacity is claimed. The model excludes vertical motion, real bubble plumes, collisions, deformation, crowding and biological welfare. A higher arrival rate scales independent particles and does not establish sustainable bloom capacity.
